She draws people to be more aware, mindful, and conscious by helping to coordinate numerous adult and family programs in her over 10+ year career. After completing her MA in Museums, Galleries, and Contemporary Culture, Karla transitioned to The American Museum of Natural History, where she spent most of her career in the Education Department.
