ree

MR RIPLEY is an international collaboration between the Dutch dancer Doke Pauwels and the South African artists Oscar O'Ryan, Louise Coetzer and Gustavo Fasani. During Doke’s stay in Cape Town at the beginning of last year they collaborated on several interdisciplinary projects, such as Unfinished, a public showing of new choreographic works-in-progress at Youngblood Arts and Culture; and Free Space, two collaborative pieces by Louise Coetzer at the Museum Of Contemporary Art Africa under the wings of Darkroom Contemporary. They also created MR RIPLEY, a short dance film about identity: hiding it, and wanting to find it.
